Job Summary:
The Market Research Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting, examining, and interpreting data to provide insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in handling diverse data sources, and effective communication skills to convey findings to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits for all the products of EKC International.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and insights.
- Market Assessment:
- Evaluate market potential and market share of each of competitors which will help EKC to gain new markets/enhance market share in the existing market.
- Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends based on research findings.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing,marketing strategies, Org Structure.
- Prepare reports on competitor activities and market conditions.
- Report Preparation:
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to management and other stakeholders.
- Make recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development/Design, marketing, and sales teams across regions to understand their information needs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with external research agencies as needed.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update databases of information and research findings.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Business Administration/Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added bonus.
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g.Excel, Words and PPT).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing sector. Preferably in the project based/Capex based sector.
- Familiarity with database and CRM software.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Working Conditions:
- It will be a full-time job.
- Incumbents may have to travel for some exhibitions and industry related seminars.

Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager will drive sales growth and manage client relationships within the region of Middle East, Europe and North America. This role involves working closely with the Commercial Director and sales head/business manager. To identify new business opportunities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the colleagues in above mentioned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing salesplansto achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Support the Commercial Director and Sales Head in managing and growing key client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and progress.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree inengineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industrial products or services. Preferrence will be given for the candidates with experience in Industrial Gases, CNG or Hydrogen storage.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
